Do u think it's normal or abnormal for a guy to say I love you to a girl too soon after only 11 months of talking, but not actually spending time together?

I can't say bc I don't know to what extent you guys talk, you might have a lot of conversations. If he feel that's strong of a connection ask him why he feels that way but don't make him feel bad for loving you. Try to find out why you don't feel the same
